Please note we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you on time. To offer faster delivery, we have partnered with trusted third-party logistics providers. While we strive to maintain timely dispatch and smooth delivery, any delays caused by third-party partners are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for such unforeseen delays.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping within India is free of charge and fully covered by us. For international orders, shipping fees will apply and are calculated based on the product’s weight, volume, and destination country. Exact shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
If any alterations are required for internationally shipped garments, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, as we recommend at least one fitting to ensure the garment is tailored perfectly to your size.
For international shipments, the logistics provider may contact you directly to collect any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for completing these payments on time to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
Sale
Gauriish offers select products at promotional prices. Please note that sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Advance payments made for sale items are non-refundable. Additionally, alterations or resizing will not be provided for any products purchased on sale.
Delivery Policies
Gauriish partners with trusted third-party logistics providers for all shipments. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the logistics partners.
Domestic Deliveries (India): Shipping costs are fully borne by Gauriish.
International Deliveries: Shipping charges are payable by the customer and will be communicated at the time of order.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) services are not available.
Undelivered Outfits
Gauriish dispatches all outfits upon receipt of full payment. If you choose to collect your outfit from the Gauriish store, it will be held safely until the agreed-upon delivery or pickup date.
In cases where the outfit is undelivered, returned, or not collected, Gauriish will reach out to the client to arrange re-delivery. If we are unable to contact the client, the outfit will be safely stored for up to 6 months.
After this period, if there is no communication or response, Gauriish reserves the right to forfeit the payment, and the outfit may be discarded.
Refund Policy
All Gauriish garments are made-to-order and handcrafted specially for you. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.
